Outside the scope
Concealed framing and wiring inside walls, the interior of sealed systems, buried components, and engineering certification of retaining or shoreline structures fall outside a standard inspection. When to bring a specialist
We recommend further evaluation — a licensed electrician, structural or shoreline engineer, or specialist — when a condition needs a tool or trade a visual inspection cannot provide.
